Quality policy

Since 2009 INDICE is providing our customers with innovative and high quality services to create line-of-business applications with extensions to the Web and on mobile devices. The solutions offered transform leading technologies for web and smart devices in business development tools.

INDICE applies a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 standard which governs all the processes with the Field Services Applications Development and Support Services.

The Quality Management System is designed and implemented in order to:

  • To be the main mechanism for optimal organization and operation of INDICE.
  • To improve quality of service.
  • To ensure and improve customer satisfaction by providing services that meet their requirements.

INDICE is bound to comply with the requirements (legal and customer requirements) governing its services, and to continually improve the effectiveness of its Quality Management System.
Our Management sets a series of quality objectives that are relevant for the entire range of services of the company and are the key criterion to improve their quality.
The implementation of the Quality Management System is mandatory for all employees in the company and all of its partners.
The Quality Management System is systematically assessed to achieve continuous improvement and improved efficiency.
The INDICE Quality Policy is available to anyone interested. The contents of the Quality Policy is reviewed as to its suitability every year.
